Located in Yongkang, Zhejiang—"China's Hardware Capital"—with over 2,000 supply chain partners. Our 8,000㎡ facility features precision machining, assembly, inspection, and warehousing for end-to-end control.

Five automated lines produce garden (1,200/day), construction (1,500/day), and woodworking tools (800/day)—annual capacity 1.2+ million units. Equipped with 20 CNC centers, 15 automated assembly units, 8 intelligent inspection lines, and WMS.

We operate our own factory under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with 5S workplace standards—controlling every step.

Assembly

60+ skilled workers (5+ years experience) follow SOPs with quality checkpoints at each stage—inspector sign-off required before next step.
Quality Control

Three-tier inspection system—100% component inspection, sampling at assembly, 100% final inspection. Real-time data recording. Non-conforming products never shipped.
